Hello everyone,
I just wanted to say that I thought the relaxation audio felt goooood. I was stressed a bit the other day, with thoughts of all the things I needed to do, I thought now would be a great time to try out the exercise! I must admit that it helped. While I was listening to it, at first I had trouble getting into it, but then I began to relax. It calmed me down and I was able to write down my to do list and organize my thoughts without one cuss word coming out of my mouth. I hope everyone had the same results! :)

I agree. I too listened to the relaxation exercise after a stressful morning of training clients and was it ever a peaceful, rejuvenating experience. I don't know about you, but it almost put me to sleep! I like your blog! :)

I love your blog! It looks so good! Plus, I can't help but like the title, the alliteration is great :) And I agree with you about the relaxation exercise. After completing it, not only did I feel more relaxed, but my mind seemed clearer as well. Good stuff! Can't wait to learn and do more fun things in this class!
