Unit 8- Most beneficial practices...

Hello everyone,
Out of all of the practices we have tried, I will have to go with the Subtle Mind and meditation/prayer to be the most beneficial for me.  I have, and will continue to incorporate them both into my life on a regular basis to help keep my stress levels at bay and to foster my mental fitness.  In just the few times I have used these practices I have noticed a difference in my mood and my outlook on life and the crazy things that happen in it.  I know that if I continue to use these techniques that I will continue to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually.  I hope to help others in the future to learn ways to foster their mental fitness as well and live happier and healthier lives because of it.

I agree with you post and I feel the same way! You feel so good when your mind is free and clear, you can perform your job better, your attitude is better and you tend to find yourself smiling for no reason; I know I do because, I feel so going on the inside and it's like God is right behind me giving me a big hug. Great Post!

I also picked the subtle-mind and meditation (which I think includes prayer) as my two favorite practices. I also think I would enjoy the visualization exercise in the book if it had been narrated. I will take the knowledge we learned in this course and continue to implement the practices into my life, as well as encourage clients, friends, and family who are receptive to incorporating integral health concepts.
